When this website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technical connection data to deliver the site, diagnose errors and protect it against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting the legitimate interest in a functioning and secure website.

Recipients and international processing

Content is delivered through Cloudflare’s international network; processing in the United States and other countries is possible. Cloudflare’s data processing terms include EU Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant international transfers.

Website functions

These pages do not set cookies or save preferences in your browser. They contain no analytics or marketing scripts, third-party font services, embedded maps or videos, or social-media plugins. Fonts are supplied by the same server as the website. Your language choice is not saved.

Email and telephone links open the relevant app on your device. The email copy button writes the address to your clipboard when selected; the website does not read your clipboard. There is no contact form. “Save contact” downloads a contact card for DMS Development.

Inquiries

When you contact DMS Development by email or telephone, the contact details and information supplied are processed to handle your inquiry. Processing relating to a contract or steps before entering into one is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other business inquiries are handled on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Information is deleted when no longer needed to handle the inquiry and related matters, unless statutory retention requirements or legitimate interests in establishing, exercising or defending legal claims require further storage. Information is shared with project participants only when necessary and on an appropriate legal basis.

Email communication is handled using: Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Geneva), Switzerland. The mailbox is stored in Switzerland, which is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision. Sending and receiving messages also involves the email providers of the respective correspondents.

The new Outlook for Windows is also used to manage email communications. Copies of emails, including their contents and attachments, are synchronized with the Microsoft Cloud. Contacts and calendar entries created in Outlook may also be stored there. Microsoft identifies Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland, as its privacy contact for the European Economic Area. Processing in the United States and other countries is possible. Microsoft describes safeguards including EU Standard Contractual Clauses and participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing relies on consent, it may be withdrawn for the future. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation.
