Daniel Laurent Domes has worked in real estate since 2011. He holds the German vocational qualification Immobilienkaufmann (IHK). His career began in property development and progressed through transactions to the commercial and technical management of residential and commercial properties. He oversaw refurbishments, coordinated architects and contractors, and held team management responsibilities.
In subsequent project work with BSCA Invest and the Real Estate Investment Group (REIG), he prepared concept and investment memoranda, reviewed project documents as part of due diligence, and prepared financing requests. His work included financial analysis and coordination with project partners, capital providers and decision-makers.
His focus later expanded to energy and data-center projects. At DMS Development, he now combines his experience in development and property management with site and land-use concepts, financial analysis and documentation for investment and financing decisions.
