Testing the cost basis for capital providers
Specific questions about additional construction costs, external works, underground parking, connections and contingencies were put to the project team. The tension between individual unit sales and an expected bulk buyer was also raised. A revised itemised cost plan was requested before further discussions with capital providers.
Connecting the project team and capital providers
An itemised cost plan was requested from the project team, and the materials subsequently supplied were forwarded to financing contacts.
