Land areas and planning position
Cadastral maps, planning documents and infrastructure information were brought together for prospective buyers. Additional schedules clarifying the boundaries of the two adjoining areas were requested and incorporated into the project materials. The prepared holiday-home development and the neighboring land were treated according to their different planning positions, with campsite use considered as a potential development option.
Operator and prospective buyer discussions
Discussions with a potential campsite operator helped compare its land requirements and operating concept with the site proposal. Those requirements were relayed to the project side, while supplementary documents supported further conversations with interested parties.
