Clarifying the financial starting point
The review distinguished rent that had not yet commenced from expected income after completion and occupation. Responsibility for furniture and equipment, the role of possible subsidy support and the proposed pricing basis were questioned and explained. Outdated location figures were corrected before further circulation.
Documents and next steps
The work covered cooperation arrangements, responses to specific buyer questions and forwarding data-room access to a review partner. Questions about the income basis and investment requirements were brought together with the project team to prepare the next stage of acquisition review.
