Organising site information
The project description for the Dresden-area site stated grid connection capacity of 120 MW. The assessment needed to relate this scale to the property, planning position and supporting infrastructure. A central task was to organise the available information and identify the additional details required for a further decision.
Grid, power supply and heat
The technical questions covered the connection point, voltage level, the terms of possible grid agreements and additional network costs. Backup power, batteries and potential use of waste heat by nearby consumers were also considered.
Planning and development conditions
Further questions concerned plot boundaries, site infrastructure, planning status, fire safety, potential contamination and expansion land.
