The package and the individual assets
The documentation distinguished the overall funding requirement from the circumstances of each property. Proposed disposals and repayment routes were therefore set out by asset rather than being represented only by an aggregate figure. The planned timetable and the conditions affecting each property were also relevant to the proposed short-term financing.
Preparation for capital providers
The submission combined English-language teasers, the underlying German property documents and supporting information on the project structure. Work focused on bringing these materials together and submitting the combined request in a form that also allowed the two properties to be reviewed separately. Subsequent discussion was directed towards the structure, repayment assumptions and documents relevant to the financing partner.
