Site and development framework
The site was intended for a six-apartment building with underground parking. An adjoining strip of land was envisaged as an addition. The plot configuration, building permit application and stage of the permitting process informed the assessment and marketing of the site.
Project contribution
The assignment covered sourcing, property assessment, concept development and marketing on behalf of the owner.
